Receptionist & Administrator

As the first point of contact, you'll ensure every client or internal team member experiences friendly, organized, and professional service. Responsibilities include managing incoming communication (calls, emails), coordinating scheduling, assisting with documentation, and maintaining a well-organized digital front office.
What we’re looking for: Excellent communication, a customer-first attitude, strong multitasking abilities, and comfort using tools like Zoho and Google Workspace. Your presence will set the tone for the entire company.


Human Resource Manager / Consultant

We’re seeking an HR professional to refine and manage our HR systems across onboarding, payroll, and contractor documentation. You'll play a key role in optimizing workflows, ensuring compliance across multiple regions, and documenting processes that scale.
What we’re looking for: Experience with HR platforms (Zoho People preferred), knowledge of U.S., Canadian, and Caribbean HR practices, and a detail-driven, strategic mindset. Ideal for someone who enjoys building systems and supporting people-centric growth.


Fleet Coordinator

Even as a remote team, we rely on a well-maintained fleet to support our field operations. This role manages documentation, maintenance scheduling, basic mechanical checks, and vendor coordination. You'll also help with branding and optimizing vehicle usage.
What we’re looking for: Someone with a blend of administrative skill and mechanical awareness, strong organizational habits, and a proactive approach to asset management. You’ll treat each vehicle like a mobile extension of our brand.



Technical Officer

This cross-functional role supports sales and service teams with expert knowledge in IT domains such as firewalls, networking, cabling, and power systems. You'll participate in client scoping, deliver presentations, support implementations, and contribute to post-sales support.
What we’re looking for: A technically proficient individual with excellent communication skills and a willingness to continuously learn. Familiarity with diagnostic tools and platforms like Zoho is a plus. You’ll help turn client challenges into tailored solutions.
